Yes. All international parcels arriving in Botswana are subject to customs fees charged by BURS, payable at Botswana Post on collection.

⚠ Without an invoice your parcel may be held. Always bring your order confirmation email — printed or on your phone.

Customs clearance normally takes 5–14 days, but during busy periods it can take up to 3–4 weeks. Tracking usually doesn't update during this time — this is normal.

Please photograph the damage and contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of collection. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
