Delivery to Botswana typically takes 4 to 8 weeks from the date your order is placed. Here's the full journey:

Yes. All international parcels arriving in Botswana are subject to customs fees charged by BURS, payable at Botswana Post on collection.

Omang (National ID) — Required for all collections

Tracking number — Sent to you by email when your order shipped
Customs clearance normally takes 5–14 days, but during busy periods it can take up to 3–4 weeks. Tracking usually doesn't update during this time — this is normal.
If your parcel has been at customs for more than 4 weeks with no movement:

Give them your tracking number and ask for the status

To pay via Orange Money or MyZaka, WhatsApp us with the product you want and we'll send you payment details.

↩️ Orders & Returns
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, before it is processed and shipped. Contact us on WhatsApp immediately with your order number.
Please photograph the damage and contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of collection. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
